No — Sourcefully is an exclusive partnership. This ensures a coherent candidate experience and avoids duplication. You can still advertise on your own website.

What if we need more than 7 roles at once?

The 7-role cap is for concurrent campaigns. For higher volume needs, get in touch and we'll discuss a tailored arrangement.

What's included in the advertising cost?

Accepted Answer

£499 + VAT covers client-branded campaigns across CV Library (Featured, 28 days), Totaljobs (Premium, 42 days), Reed (Featured, 42 days), and Indeed (Sponsored, up to 28 days).

Question 5

What if we hire multiple people from one advert?

Accepted Answer

You pay advertising once per campaign, regardless of hires. Two hires from one posting = £499 for the advert plus two success fees.

What if a hire doesn't work out?

Accepted Answer

Free replacement if someone leaves within 12 weeks (subscription active, payments up to date). Only new advertising costs apply.

Can we cancel mid-term?

No — subscriptions are fixed term. Start with Pilot (3 months) if uncertain. No penalty for not renewing, and you get the loyalty discount if you do.
