Privacy notice

This notice explains how Sourcefully Ltd uses personal information collected through this website. Sourcefully Ltd is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 17044361). You can contact us about anything in this notice at info@sourcefully.co.uk.

What we collect

• Details you send through our forms: your name, email address, phone number, firm or company name, what you are interested in and any message you write.
• Your Fit Check answers and result. If you leave part-way through, we are notified of the answers given so far. These are anonymous unless you choose to give us your email address.
• An approximate location (town or region and country) worked out from your IP address when you submit a form or use the Fit Check. We do not store your IP address.
• If you download a guide or email yourself a Recruitment Cost Audit: your email address, firm name if given, the figures you entered and whether you asked for the quarterly salary update.
• Where your visit came from, such as the campaign link or website that referred you, attached to any form you send. Nothing is stored on your device to do this.
• Anonymous, aggregated website statistics, such as which pages are visited. These do not use cookies and do not identify you.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To follow up about our services with people who have asked us about them. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To send you a guide or audit you asked for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request. We send the quarterly salary update only if you tick the box asking for it, and every update lets you unsubscribe.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our business, including Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox) and our email and recruitment software providers. They act on our instructions and are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, ask us to restrict its use, or ask for it in a portable format. Email info@sourcefully.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
